Permanently delete your iboxplay account and everything stored with it. This action is irreversible.
What will be deleted
Your profile and login credentials
All uploaded files, photos and videos
Your folders, collections and share links
Likes, feed activity and support tickets
Deleting your account here does not cancel an active Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions to avoid further charges. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered and is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Step 1 · Confirm it's you
Sign in with the email and password for the account you want to delete.
Signed up with Google or Apple (no password)? Open the app and go to
Settings → Account → Delete account, or email
support@iboxplay.com
and we'll delete your account within 30 days.
Step 2 · Review & confirm
The following will be permanently erased:
Account deleted
Your account and all associated data have been permanently removed. We're sorry to see you go.
