Where such investigation reveals a violation of these Terms or applicable law, we may remove or restrict access to the relevant content.

Reporting copyright infringement. iBoxPlay respects the intellectual property rights of others and requires users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law. Where possible, we will provide reasonable advance notice via your registered email address. The notice will describe the activity or conduct that prompted the action and specify the steps required to remedy the breach. You will have a reasonable opportunity to take the requested steps and to export your data before suspension or termination takes effect. If you do not take the requested steps within the notice period, iBoxPlay will proceed with the action described in the notice.

No advance notice will be given where:

If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect and an enforceable term reflecting our original intent as closely as possible will be substituted.

You may not assign any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. iBoxPlay may assign its rights to any affiliate, subsidiary, or successor in interest of any business associated with the Service.
